The deer farm

When going to the Caramoan Peninsula, I learned that the Deer Farm is usually part of the itinerary.  Located four kilometers up Mount Isarog in Ocampo, Camarines Sur, the Deer Farm is home to different Australian breeds such as the Blackbuck Antelope, Fallow Deer, Chital Deer, Red Deer, and Elk.  Just don't ask me to identify which is which :p

The Deer Farm was our first stop on the way to the Caramoan Peninsula.  At first, I wasn't even interested at all.  But it turned out to be an interesting pit stop.  It felt like we were in an entirely different country.

We tried feeding some of the deers but they turned out to be a shy bunch.  So after 15 minutes of goading (and photo op with ze animals), we headed back to the van and went on our way to the much-aniticipated Caramoan Peninsula.

Here, deery, deery.  Yours truly, trying to feed the deers but graciously  failing to do so :p
